Florence Nightingale (1820 - 1910) was the founder of modern nursing and an English social reformer. This design is styled in Victorian dress and comes complete with a nursing cap and lamp. It is a perfect nurses gift or part of a historical display.

Primrose Peg Doll Knitting Pattern by Edith Grace Designs - FREE KNITTING PATTERN

The doll is 12cm tall, knitted in double knitting wool & worked flat.

This pattern is written for complete beginners.

This pattern can be bought as a PDF Digital Download from - Love Crafts & Ravelry.

I wrote this pattern in 2012 for a children's knitting club. The pattern only uses Knit & K2tog stitches. No increasing or decreasing. The peg doll uses a 12cm peg.

The dress is knitted all in one, so construction is minimal. Toy stuffing is not used. I have used fine liner pens to decorate the face & hair.

I have found knitting clothes for a peg doll much easier than trying to use fabric & glue, plus the pattern can be knitted really quickly. I always found fabric & glue very frustrating as a child.

The pattern is simple to follow & photos are included to help with construction.

Snowman Doll Knitting Pattern by Edith Grace Designs

The doll is 14cm tall, including the hat. The doll is knitted in double knitting wool & worked flat.
This pattern can be bought as a PDF Digital Download from - Etsy, Love Crafts & Ravelry.

This is my little Christmas snowman, which is only 14cm tall.

The body & head are knitted all in one, which makes construction easy.

The snowman comes complete with a hat & scarf.

The pattern is suited for beginners, who have learnt Knit & Purl stitches. No increasing, but decreasing by knitting 2 stitches together throughout.

The pattern comes with photographs for construction.

The snowman would be perfect as part of a Christmas display, or as a little gift.

Santa Claus Doll Knitting Pattern by Edith Grace Designs

The doll is 14.5cm tall - not including the hat. The doll is knitted in double knitting wool & worked flat.
This pattern can be bought as a PDF Digital Download from - Etsy, Love Crafts & Ravelry.

This is a very easy doll knitting pattern for knitters who have just mastered knitting.
Santa Claus is 14.5cm tall, but this doesn't include the hat. The legs, body & head are all knitted in one.
I have given Santa an extra long hat with a garter stitch brim.
His sack is knitted in moss stitch.
This little doll would be perfect as a gift, part of a Christmas display or hanging on the Christmas tree.
